SmartForward

E-mail systems are already overwhelmed by an excessive glut of data. To help ease this burden, when users attempt to forward content from a DDM library, SmartForward determines if the recipient has access to the content stored within the library. Users with library access are sent a link instead of the actual file attachment. SmartForward also logs all forwarding to both internal and external users.
